Better With Every Loop is out today. Kindle and paperback, both on Amazon. You signed up before there was a book, so you hear it before anyone else.
Here is the thing I most want you to know about it.
Most self-help asks you to become a different person. This one assumes you will not. No new personality. No 5 AM. No becoming someone who is delighted by cold showers.
I wrote it that way because I spent years failing the other kind. I would read the book, admire the author’s morning routine, rebuild my week around it, and watch the whole thing come apart the first time something went wrong. Then I would decide the problem was me.
It was not me. It was the plan. Every one of those routines was designed for a version of my life where nothing unexpected happened, and that version does not exist. I suspect you have a version of this story too. Most people I have talked to about the book do.
The job I have done for over a decade is keeping software running through exactly that kind of week. Nothing stays up because it is trying harder. It stays up because somebody expected failure, put a backup behind the part that matters, left slack where things vary, and shipped something smaller that survives a bad Tuesday.
That is the entire method, applied to a life instead of a system. Twelve chapters across health, work, relationships, and money. A workshop at the back where you build your own version instead of copying mine. An appendix that compresses the whole book onto one page for the days you need it fast.

One ask
You are a small list, and that is the point. So I will ask you for the one thing that matters most in the first week: if you read it, leave an honest review on Amazon. Two sentences is enough. A three-star review that says what did not work for you helps me more than silence.
If you are not a reviewer, the second best thing is to forward this to one person who keeps restarting every Monday.
Start before the book arrives
The Life OS Map is the one-page worksheet from chapter one. It takes about ten minutes and it is free: https://betterwitheveryloop.com/LifeOSMap
One question
What is the routine you have rebuilt the most times? Mine is the evening shutdown, and I am on version four. Hit reply and tell me. I read every one, and the answers will shape what I write here next.
Thank you for being here first.
